1. BASECOAT application (application)
- When using CB-7 Basecoat
Apply 2 coats of CB-7 basecoat, diluted with 50% CCB-5 catalyst, using a standard spray gun. - Allow to air dry for 48 hours, depending on the temperature.
- When using CB-5 Basecoat, Apply 2 coats of the new CB-5 mixed with 15% CCB-5. Dry at 60°C for 3 hours. Oven drying or a booth is REQUIRED for this product.
2. Chrome application:
- Apply the preactivator with the Preactivator SPRAY, mixed 8% with distilled water (you can mix it in the same spray bottle), until it covers the entire surface.
- You can use the same water that is in the pump spray for distilled water.
- Apply the activator with the Activator SPRAY prepared at 2% with distilled water (mix it in the same spray), prepare it the next day.
Pour in component A and component B. Chrome with both SPRAY tanks A/B. - Continue chrome plating until you have covered the entire surface.
- Then apply our special TOP-Coat P-80 (protective varnish), which you can also colour!
