1. BASECOAT application (application)

When using CB-7 Basecoat
Apply 2 coats of CB-7 basecoat, diluted with 50% CCB-5 catalyst, using a standard spray gun.
Allow to air dry for 48 hours, depending on the temperature.
When using CB-5 Basecoat, Apply 2 coats of the new CB-5 mixed with 15% CCB-5. Dry at 60°C for 3 hours. Oven drying or a booth is REQUIRED for this product.

2. Chrome application:

Apply the preactivator with the Preactivator SPRAY, mixed 8% with distilled water (you can mix it in the same spray bottle), until it covers the entire surface.
You can use the same water that is in the pump spray for distilled water.
Apply the activator with the Activator SPRAY prepared at 2% with distilled water (mix it in the same spray), prepare it the next day.
Pour in component A and component B. Chrome with both SPRAY tanks A/B.
Continue chrome plating until you have covered the entire surface.
Then apply our special TOP-Coat P-80 (protective varnish), which you can also colour!
